HIGHLIGHTS

Assumed management of a large complex multi-year helpdesk and
desktop outsourcing initiative from bid evaluation through to final
contract. |

Oversaw the successful migration and consolidation of an ISP
datacenter despite severe IT staff cuts due to acquisition
restructuring. |
 |
Restored user confidence and productivity by initiating and managing
quarterly software releases for ARS Remedy development for a systems
integration team plagued by resource issues and persistent software
rollbacks. |
 |
Contracted for three years by a leading human resources consulting
firm to manage multiple projects for clients representing a wide
range of business sectors. |
 |
Worked with the CIO, National Director of the Pension Administration
Practice and Senior VP to provide a bid response to a Federal RFP
for the provision of Pension Plan Administration Services.

Served as both consultant-side and client-side project manager to
move client from a largely paper-based pension administration system
to an automated 3-tier client-server application.
|
 |
Delivered, within a tight timeline, a bilingual IVR application to
provide 33,000 employees the ability to enroll and manage their DC
pension plan, successfully handling more than the 50% enrollment
anticipated for the tight 5-week enrollment period.

Led
a change initiative to move 2000 employees of a national company
from legacy systems to current networks and telecommunications
infrastructure and enterprise system.

 |
Led
the start-up and implementation of a CRM systems group (30 project
staff) to provide a common platform and ongoing support for over 350
corporate and field sales and marketing professionals in 26 offices
across Ontario.

 |
Led multiple project teams, consultants and vendors
through a $30M 3-year initiative to design, develop and manage the
first ever province-wide project to compile a comprehensive database
of energy use data. |
